The unlikely pair, who met by chance at an East End restaurant in 2005, are said to be planning a wedding this year after Robinson proposed while on a romantic three-week holiday in Malaysia last month.

'Tony proposed the day after they arrived on holiday on December 28. Of course they are both over the moon.'

Robinson has two adult children from his marriage to Mary Shepherd.
Luke, 29, and Laura, 31, both have several years on their soon-to-be stepmother.
