Paris, Nicole, and Lindsay Day to teach people how to drive safely

Careless driving by celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie has triggered a driving school to organise a new road safety campaign.

Ferrari Driving School in New York has called in parents and kids to do a Paris, Nicole, and Lindsay Day.

The purpose is to highlight safety measures that have to be taken while driving.

The two-hour session will also teach why none should drive under the influence.

"To help the driving public and young drivers, we are going to do a Paris, Nicole, and Lindsay Day where we are going to invite parents and their kids and drivers, or aspiring drivers, of all ages in for a couple hour sessions on how to drive safely and why to never drive under the influence," TMZ quoted Michelangelo Pinto of the Ferrari driving school, as saying.

In June this year, Hilton served time for driving on a suspended license, followed by Richie who will serve four days in prison for DUI.

The latest has been Lohan, who has been booked for DUI for the second time this year.

The 21-year-old will appear in court on August 24.
