Hollyoaks girls skimpiest bikinis for a whistlestop stay in the sun

The Hollyoaks girls hit Marbella for a one-day party and looked stunning in their tiny bikinis.

Jennifer Metcalfe and Claire Cooper joined Gemma Merna, 24, in the Spanish resort to celebrate her engagement to property developer Ian Minton, 27.

And it looked like Jenny, 25, and Claire, 30, went shopping for the trip together - wearing almost identical bikinis, both in vibrant colours, for the weekend trip.

The trio, all sisters in the Channel 4 soap, were at the Buddha Beach Club in Marbella and already looked tanned as they hired a bed and sunbathed and swam in the pool.

The girls drank bottles of blush wine in the sunshine and attracted plenty of attention from families nearby,

One onlooker said fathers were approaching the girls with their children as an excuse to chat to them.

And it was no wonder with Claire in a tiny hot pink number and Jenny in a skimpy green bikini.

Jenny split with Jermaine Pennant, 26, last month but has a mystery new man, who she claims is not famous and is 'an absolute breath of fresh air'.

The girls were already beach-ready after shooting the Hollyoaks calendar in sexy lingerie two weeks ago.

And it seems bride-to-be Gemma, who plays chavvy Carmel Valentine in the soap, is more than happy to bare her body.

In a recent interview with News of the World she said she would be happy to strip off for the chance to get a role in Hollywood.

She puts her figure and glowing skin down to a good exercise and beauty regime.

'I drink lots of water, exercise, get lots of sleep and only use really good beauty products,' she said.

The Hollyoaks girls let their hair down, and got playful at a photo shoot for their new calendar.

Straddling a space hopper, blonde Zoe Lister messed around in the sun with fellow soap babes Roxanne McKee, Jennifer Metcalfe, and Gemma Merna, and Zoe Lister.

The Hollyoaks babes took time out while shooting the 2009 calendar at Thornton Manor in the Wirral, Merseyside.

Dressed in an assortment of lacy underwear and stilettos, the girls revealed their stunning figures in the grounds of the country house, as they enjoyed some downtime.

Luckily for us a photographer was on hand to see the scantily-clad girls at play.

Meanwhile Hollyoaks fans will be pleased to see some familiar faces returning to the Chester-based soap in the coming weeks.

Long-time stars Sarah Dunn and Darren Jeffries return for the on-off marriage of Steph and Max.

Jeffries played OB for 10 years, and only quit the teen soap in February, when his character followed girlfriend Summer to London.
