The singer hit the gym in Hollywood for a session with a personal trainer yesterday, working up a sweat on the treadmill in an effort to get back into shape.

The star, of course, has rather a lot of time on her hands after agreeing to give her ex husband Kevin Federline sole custody of the couple's two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1.
Britney is currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week in the settlement.
Her reinstated manager Larry Rudolph announced this moth: 'Britney is spending her summer in the recording studio, working on a brand new album.

She's working with a team of top-notch producers and songwriters, and we're very excited about what she's accomplished so far. No album release date has been confirmed yet.'
Following her two well-document visits to hospital this year, Rudolph says Britney is finally getting back on track.
'She's got people around her that really care about her and are there to point her in the right direction in respect to the things she should be concentrating on - her life.'
The 26-year-old is slowly emerging back on to the social scene too.
Last week, she was the star guest at the Generation Rescue autism charity event, hosted by Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy at their Brentwood home.
