The actress, whose new film The X-Files: I Want to Believe opened in US cinemas over the weekend, was joined by her boyfriend Mark Griffiths for the afternoon outing.
Anderson, who turns 40 later this month, is expecting her third child in October.

The couple already have a son, Oscar, who was born in November 2006 and Anderson has a 13-year-old daughter, Piper, from a previous marriage.
The star reprised her famous role as investigator Dana Scully alongside David Duchovny for the film, but the reception has so far been lukewarm.
The film made a $10.2 million debut, much less than the $30.1 million that its predecessor, the 1998 X-Files movie, generated during its first weekend.
It was completely outdone but The Dark Knight, which pulled in another $75.6 million to push it’s total US earnings to $314.2 million.
