The actress, 34, appeared relaxed and in love as she went on a coffee run with Mead, 27, in Hampstead, north London on the Bank Holiday Monday.
It looks as though quitting her job on Capital FM radio station has done nothing to effect her mood either as Denise was all smiles in the company of the Any Dream Will Do winner, who is eight years her junior.
Picture of happiness: Denise Van Outen and boyfriend Lee Mead stroll through Hampstead
The presenter told radio bosses that she was exhausted after five months of getting up at 4am to co-host the show with Johnny Vaughan.
She said the early start was making her ill - and she is now in talks about her future on the station.
Van Outen was reunited with her former Big Breakfast host in February in a bid to boost 42-year-old Vaughan’s flagging ratings.
But their on-screen chemistry did not translate to the airwaves and failed to win new radio listeners.
Toy boy: Lee is eight years younger than the actress
Denise recently revealed why having a relationship with a man aged in his 20s was right for her.
She said: 'Personally ... a man in his 20s works for me.
'In my experience, single men in their mid to late 30s tend to be single for a reason. The good ones get snapped up.'
Before she started dating Mead last November, she was engaged to Jamiroquai frontman Jason Kay until 2001 and also dated Andy Miller, guitarist with Nineties indie band Dodgy.
Van Outen originally met Mead when he starred in BBC TV talent show Any Dream Will Do in Spring 2007, where she was a judge alongside Andrew Lloyd Webber, John Barrowman, Zoe Tyler and Bill Kenwright.
Mead won the show and is currently starring in Joseph And His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in the West End.
Routine: The couple have settled into domestic life with coffee and papers'
