The star from the Welsh Valleys attended the event with husband Michael Douglas, 63.
Her most recent body blitz has seen her lose inches from her once substantial bust.
But Catherine has said she is 'not fanatical' about her fitness regime, and has hit out at Hollywood's obsession with 'super skinny women'.
The former West End dancer has said: 'My muscles have memory from the time I danced, and it's quick for me to get back in shape, but I'm not fanatical.'
