Pregnant Naomi Watts shows off her baby bump

Naomi Watts has revealed her growing baby bump, after it was revealed the actress is pregnant with her second child - just 10 months after giving birth to her son Alexander.

Six months pregnant Naomi, 39, stepped out in New York with her son on her hip, wearing a pink sun dress, and comfortable flat sandals.

The Australian born actress who is in a relationship with American actor Liev Schreiber appears to be making up for lost time, as she recently admitted that she would like FIVE children.

The actress says she hadn't anticipated starting her family so late, as she thought she would already be done by 30.

Naomi finally conceived her first child, Alexander, 12 months, whom the couple call Sasha (the shortened Russian version of Alexander), during the filming of her recently released horror movie Funny Games.

Naomi, who is best friends with actress Nicole Kidman, has scaled down her work commitments quite dramatically since becoming a mother and, while baby number two is on the way, she admitted she would gladly have a whole brood if she wasn't almost 40.

She reaches the landmark age later this month on September 28.

Naomi told Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph: 'I always thought that I would have had kids by 30. I'd like five more.

'But five is excessive, particularly for someone my age. I'd love three. That might be pushing it, so two. We'll see.'
